  • Terry Pranses is an active member of IACP, with involvement in the Marketing Communicators Section.
  • We have played a key role with the “Tomorrow’s Table” Trends Initiative.
    • That’s included moderating a focus group of industry leaders on the Blending of Ethnic Cuisines. This included leading chefs, editors, cooking school directors, test kitchen managers and food company marketers.
    • Terry helped design, field and analyze the online, quantitative portion of this study with waves focused on the roles of Emerging Ethnic Cuisines and Convenience Strategies. Both have been published and shared with IACP members.
  • Terry has served on an IACP committee focused on membership activities.
